Noise is a new issue in the recent digitalisation of audio-visual products. Panasonic has developed a new polymer aluminium capacitor that deals both with the noise problem and the stabilisation of power supply.
The SP-Cap L series has a low ESL: 600 pH (at 500 MHz) and low ESR: 18 mΩ. The capacitances range from 6 V, 47 μF to 2 V, 180 μF.
Applications include audio-visual appliances, home electrical appliances, amusement products.
