Robust handheld enclosure allows comfortable yet firm grip

OKW's 'Robust Grip' hand-terminal is made of impact-resistant material. It offers ample space for operating elements, displays and electronics. A large, recessed area on the front side is for the installation and protection of interfaces, screwed cable glands, plug-in connections, etc, while there is capacity for emergency stop switches and 'enable' pushbuttons.

The ergonomic design of the bottom part ensures a firm, secure grip and fatigue-free working with optimum weight distribution. It is available with or without battery compartment. Protection sealing is to Class IP65 in conjunction with kits available as accessories.

Applications are for flexible machine control systems in production and assembly, terminals for teach-in applications, for classical applications in electrical engineering and electronics, eg measurement and control engineering, etc.
