Modular pneumatic test probe

25 July 2007 Test & Measurement

The PKS-388 M long-stroke screw-in pneumatic test probe from Ingun makes use of a newly developed exchangeable system which allows users to change the test probe during maintenance, without having to re-wire or re-attach the pneumatic connection.

Electrical and pneumatic connections are carried out only once, at the time of initial assembly. The exchangeable unit PKS-388 is simply screwed into the receptacle KS-388 M-1, which is already wired up and connected with the pneumatic tubing. This exchange can be carried out from above without having to open the fixture.

Due to the 12 mm working stroke, even the most difficult to reach places can be contacted. The sturdy design of the PKS-388 allows usage in a 4,5 mm grid. The modular construction system means that the tip-styles of the series PKS-299 are available in the series PKS-388.
