Advantech's UNO-2171 embedded automation computer features a Pentium M 1,4 GHz CPU and a fanless design, which operates quickly and reliably, even under temperatures as high as 60°C. Along with the same robust and convenient features as other UNO modules, such as battery back-up SRAM, strong anti-vibration, and OS support for Windows 2000/XP, Linux, and Embedded OS, UNO-2171 also provides PC/104+ bus expansion for versatile applications.
UNO-2171 is an x86 platform with 512 MB DDR RAM and various industrial features. Its built-in battery backup secures valuable data in the event of a sudden or unexpected shutdown. Furthermore, its anti-vibration feature promises 1 Grms at 5-500 Hz with a 2,5" HDD.
UNO-2171 has a complete I/O interface that features four serial ports, two LANs, two USB 2.0 ports, one PCMCIA, VGA and audio. Its flexible and open PC/104+ bus expansion also allows for additional I/O communication modules or video solutions. These I/O and expansion capabilities offer a suitable choice for multifunction applications.
An application ready platform bundling Windows XPe (SP2), a WinCE 5.0 image and industrial CF card is also available.
