Design kit for precision resistive dividers

Engineering sample kits of a new RoHS-compliant SOT-23 precision voltage divider network are now available from BI Technologies. Designated the SS103KITLF, these divider networks consist of two ultra-stable nichrome thin film resistors on silicon substrates, connected in series within a standard plastic SOT-23 three-lead package.

The kit includes:

* SS103VD01DQLF7, SOT-23 voltage divider with 12,4 kΩ/20 kΩ resistance values (0,62:1), absolute tolerance of 0,5%, ratio tolerance of 0,1%, TCR of ±25 ppm/


°C, and maximum TCR tracking of 5 ppm/°C;

* SS103VD06CBQLF7, SOT-23 voltage divider with 11,3 kΩ/101,7 kΩ resistance values (1:9), absolute tolerance of 0,25%, ratio tolerance of 0,1%, TCR of ±25 ppm/°C, and maximum TCR tracking of 5 ppm/°C;

* SS103VD07FAQLF7, SOT-23 voltage divider with 10 kΩ/20 kΩ resistance values (1:2), absolute tolerance of 1,0%, ratio tolerance of 0,05%, TCR of ±25 ppm/°C, and maximum TCR tracking of 5 ppm/°C.

These voltage divider networks are specified for gain circuits in military, aerospace, industrial and medical applications.
