Legrand’s range of Colring cable ties and accessories has been designed to secure cables in enclosures and various equipment used in aggressive environments.
These flame- and corrosive-resistant cable ties, which are manufactured from a halogen-free material with a humidity retention of 1,2%, have good resistance to bases, oil, greases, petroleum products and chlorinated solvents. With a flame resistance to UL 94 V2 standards, they can endure a wide working temperature range, ensuring efficient operation in harsh environments for extended periods.
The polyamide 6/6 cable ties are available in a colourless non-UV-protected material, or in a black UV-protected material for high temperature applications. They have minimum guaranteed tensile strengths (according to UL 1565) between 8 and 22 daN. A special tool used to fit these cable ties ensures a perfectly tight and secure installation.
