High volume tag printer

Manufacturing / Production Technology, Hardware & Services
Specifically for tag printing applications where high volumes are required, Grafoplast’s latest S12T printer can print up to 2500 tags of 15 mm per minute.
It uses thermal transfer technology for continuous rolls printing and is suitable for use in industrial, office and laboratory environments, with silent operation capabilities. To ensure reliability when working in dusty areas, the printer's outer metal casing has been designed with filters to minimise ingress of potentially damaging dirt particles.
The printer measures 29 mm in width, 460 mm in depth and 308 mm in height. Standard ribbons are black, with red, blue, green, yellow and brown available on request, and the replacement of consumables and ribbons is said to be fast and easy due to its internal design. Label types available are foamtac, self adhesive types, permanent markings, polyester adhesive labels and a high-security non-removable type.
The S12T utilises most Windows fonts and features printing resolution of 200 dpi.
