Custom-assembly M12 plug connectors with screw terminal connection have been added to Phoenix Contact’s range of products using Speedcon quick connection technology. Depending on the design, cable diameters of 4 to 8 mm are supported. The greatest possible cable cross-section for rigid and flexible cables is 0,75 mm².
Connectors and sockets are available in straight and angled versions from stock. After the cables have been assembled, it only takes a half turn to make the electrical connections with the M12 plug connector system.
Speedcon plug connectors fulfil the requirements for electrical and mechanical properties of classical M12 plug connector systems and are fully downward compatible.
