Linear Technology's LT1807 dual low noise, 3,5 nV/Square root Hz, rail-to-rail single supply amplifier allows designers to lower a systems supplies without losing precision and bandwidth. The 325 MHz gain bandwidth product and low THD of -80 dBc at 5 MHz assures high performance at low voltages. A wide input common mode range that includes both rails and an output stage that swings within 12 mV of each rail enables one to maximise headroom on supplies as low as 2,5 V.
The device has superior overall DC precision; a maximum offset voltage of less than 0,5 mV; CMRR of 106 dB and a large signal voltage gain of 300 V/mV dispel all at low voltage operation.
Fully specified over industrial and commercial temperature ranges, the LT1807 is available in the 8-pin SOIC and MSOP packages.
