Innovative plastic box system

CES Solutions' 2-U Standard System is a customer-friendly plastic box system produced in South Africa for electronic developers, electro-mechanical applications, technikons, engineering works, etc.

2-U boxes are made of ABS/PS, which are both recyclable materials. Each box consists of two shells that slide and then snap together. The standard range has 10 different sizes for customers to choose to suit their application. They can drill holes and make slots where necessary. There are round pocket millings in the bottom inside area where the stand-offs can be glued to fix PCBs, transformers, cables, etc.

Customers can develop their own enclosure applications with sub-D holes, cut-outs, air slots, pocket millings, push outs, etc. After completion of the prototype, CES Solutions is able to deliver a high quality, screen printed product in small or large quantities. A free sample of the 2-U box is available for testing.
