CES-Innovativ, based in Pretoria East, offers a full service in the procurement and manufacture of high quality sheet metal enclosures of all sizes and specifically designed for their intended uses. For power supplies for example, the company takes pains to ensure that the metal is bent correctly and precisely. Whether welded, riveted or with screws, the enclosures are constructed in such a manner that no additional humming effects occur through vibration.

The enclosures are manufactured in aluminium, mild steel, stainless steel or even 3CR12. CES likes to keep its customers involved, from the 3D Solid Works design through to prototyping – for large quantities or small. High quality finishing such as powder coating, spray painting, plastic coating and screen printing services are also provided, so that the finished product comes from one source – from manufacture through to final product.

CES also supplies any requisite hinges, handles, feet and rollers etc. The company can also offer plastic parts (made from ABS, PS, PP etc.) such as battery lids and corners, as well as acrylic or perspex windows for enclosures.
