Murata's latest addition to its Bluetooth range is a surface acoustic wave (SAW) filter with a centre frequency of 110,00 MHz.

SAW technology lends itself particularly well to these applications. Lithium tantalum oxide substrates create thermally stable, highly selective, small, fully surface-mounting devices with a maximum profile height of 2,0 mm.

Nominal characteristics include: a 3 dB bandwidth of 1510 kHz total; stop band attenuation at ±1,0, ±2,0 and ±3,0 MHz of 13, 50 and 50 dB respectively and group delay time deviation of 0,4 µs. Peak insertion loss is 3,5 dB, with external matching impedance of 300 W//1,2 µH, the filter impedance being capacitive.

The SAFU110.0MS45T is ideal for reflow soldering.
