Distribution board enclosures

The Habitat series of distribution board enclosures from IDE are installable in hollow or modular walls such as plaster, plasterwood, wood etc. They can also be embedded in brick or solid walls. Horizontal windows are reversible with a 180° opening angle, in opaque or transparent versions made from UV protected polycarbonate.

The frame is fixed to the base by screws and incorporates a level adjustment device which can be used to correct uneven installations within a 2° adjustment range. Top and bottom cable entry lids are pre-moulded and detachable to provide easy wiring and handling. Cable ties attached to the flanges make for neat cable distribution.

DIN rails, which can be either clipped or screwed onto the frame, are spaced 150 mm apart, with 20 mm separation from the base.
