Switchcraft has expanded its EN3 range by adding moulded cord and in-line connectors that mate simply by snapping together.
Designed for harsh environments and offering IP68 water ingress protection, the assemblies are available with two through 18 gold-plated contacts within a rugged and compact overmould that makes them suitable for a wide range of applications, including the interconnection of mobile equipment. The overmould material is available in rigid PVC or Santoprene. The maximum current rating is 13 A per pole.
