TCXOs for GPS applications

30 September 2009 Telecoms, Datacoms, Wireless, IoT

The JT32G and the JT22G from Jauch are temperature compensated crystal oscillators (TCXOs) with a frequency stability down to &plu7smn;0,5 ppm, and are offered in several typical frequencies. Both oscillators are available for the standard operating temperature range from -20°C to +70°C and also for the extended operating temperature range from -30°C to +85°C.

The devices are particularly suitable for miniaturised GPS applications with very limited space on the printed circuit board, being housed in 3,2 x 2,5 x 1,1 mm (JT32G) and 2,5 x 2,0 x 0,9 mm (JT22G) packages. Both oscillators are available for typical frequencies of 16,369 MHz, 19,2 MHz, 24,5535 MHz, 26,0 MHz and 27,456 MHz. They operate from 1,8 V, 2,8 V, 3,0 V or 3,3 V supply voltages.
