The MAX14541E from Maxim is a diode array that protects 3-channel data interfaces from ESD spikes up to ±15 kV (human body model). A low input capacitance of 6 pF prevents signal distortion in high-speed applications. The IC’s low leakage current of less than 1 nA minimally impacts the end application, making the device a good choice for designs requiring accurate current measurements.
Packaged in a lead-free, 2 x 2,2 mm, 5-pin SC70, the MAX14541E is fully specified over the -40°C to +125°C temperature range.
