Burndy has developed a new UL-listed copper busbar for use as a common ground point in a data centre, central office or power system. Supplied complete with insulators, stainless steel mounting brackets and assembly bolts, Burndy’s busbars are easily installed in the field. They are offered in a variety of sizes and hole patterns, including the most common patterns suitable for many different applications.
For customers with special needs, the busbars include a 12-inch and 24-inch undrilled model, which can be custom made in the field. In addition, two busbars have been specifically designed to be mounted either vertically or horizontally to an equipment rack used to support computer equipment.
