Clever Devices and Designs has developed a range of small enclosures in white, black, red, grey and opaque.

The so-called Clever Clip Box is available in two sizes – models CCB1: 72 x 51 x 26 mm and CCB2 47 x 37 x 19 mm (L x W x H) – and come with two screw holes placed on the base in the centre for printed circuit boards. The company developed these enclosures out of necessity, having found a need for small boxes to house its RLOG and FUGUE product ranges and a lack of standard enclosures meeting the colour and size requirements.

The company’s RLOG POCO product (an RS232 logging device using GPRS) uses the CCB1and allows the user to access the SIM card without having to undo screws. The RLOG USB is housed in the CCB2 in opaque, making it compact enough to be kept in a laptop bag or unobtrusively on a desktop computer.

FUGUE is an online remote management system that uses GPRS to communicate. The brand provides an industrial DIN rail, 1U and the MINOR POCO 8-Port versions. The FUGUE Minor Poco uses the CCB1, while a range of sensors is also available, which match the colour of the box to the colour of the cable being monitored, and utilise both size boxes.
