Gainta’s HQ0xxEMS range is a family of die-cast aluminium boxes with IP67 rating against the ingress of dust and water achieved by the use of a continuous silicon gasket between the cover and the base.
The cases are made from ADC-12 aluminium alloy and are designed so that all wall mounting and fixing screws are situated outside the sealing area to ensure sealing integrity. The gasket is also conductive to provide EMI shielding.
Countersunk M4 screws are used to secure the cover to the base. The boxes are offered in light grey or black, and can be supplied with an optional wall mounting bracket. External dimensions of the cases range from 96 x 96 x 45 mm to 274 x 173 x 100 mm.
