Euroquartz has announced the release of four new ranges of low-voltage crystal oscillators in miniature surface-mount packages.
The new XO22, XO32, XO53 and XO91 series offer supply voltages from 5 V down to 1,0 V, enabling current consumption as low as 2,0 mA and making the parts well-suited for use in battery powered applications.
XO22 series devices are packaged in a low-profile 2,5 x 2,0 x 0,9 mm surface mount package and offer frequency range from 0,5 to 75 MHz. XO32 devices are housed in a 3,2 x 2,5 x 0,95 mm SMD package with frequency range from 0,5 to 54 MHz. XO53 series clock oscillators are 5 x 3,2 mm surface mount devices offering 1 to 125 MHz and XO91 series miniature clock oscillators are housed in 7 x 5 x 1,4 mm hermetically sealed packages offering 312,5 kHz up to 160 MHz.
All four ranges are available with supply voltage options of 1,0; 1,2; 1,8; 2,5; 3,3 or 5,0 V and all offer HCMOS/LSTTL output logic. Tristate (enable/disable) function is standard on all ranges. Fully RoHS compliant, the new low-voltage oscillators are supplied on standard EIA tape and reel and are capable of withstanding reflow soldering conditions of 260°C for 10 seconds maximum.
