Graphical touch display

Panasonic has added another product to its extensive GT series in the form of the GT02. The 3,8” graphical touch display offers a complete range of graphical features and provides a resolution of 240x96 pixels. It is illuminated by a maintenance-free, tri-colour LED backlight which comes in two variations: green/orange/red and white/pink/red. The display measures 112 x 74 x 27 mm and offers IP67 protection.

With its SD/SDHC memory card slot, the GT02 provides data logging functions. This function allows, for example, collection of production quantity and operation status data from PLCs or monitoring of power consumption data of power meters so that the data can be used to prepare monthly reports or problem analysis reports. With a maximum size of 32 GB for the SD/SDHC-card, users can also save and read recipes, firmware, project data and program files (both GT programs and PLC programs) to and from the memory card. Each model has a mini USB port so that programs can be downloaded quickly.
