Vishay has expanded its family of MIL-PRF-38535-screened analog switches and multiplexers with the release of the hi-rel DG408, an 8-channel, single-ended analog multiplexer. Designed to connect one of eight inputs to a common output determined by a 3-bit binary address, the device is optimised for high-speed data acquisition, audio signal routing, and battery-powered and remote instrumentation. It features a 44 V maximum supply rating, low on-resistance of 100 Ω, and low charge injection of 20 pC. The DG408’s enable pin allows multiple devices to be used together to increase the number of input signals in an application.
