Conec has expanded its range of mixed-layout D-subminiature (D-sub) connectors by introducing the new high-density range.
The new offering includes 19W1, 15W4 and 45W2 configurations in both straight solder pin and solder cup design; additional styles can be custom made to client specifications on request.
Due to their high-density design, the new connectors save space and are suitable for applications where power, coax and signal contacts are required. The signal contacts can handle up to 3 A at 60 V, while the power contacts are rated from 10 A up to 40 A and coax contacts are available in 50 and 75 Ω versions. All contacts are designed as highly reliable screw machine types with various levels of plating options available. The connectors can be made with steel tin, brass tin or stainless steel plated shells for extreme applications. The insulators are UL94
