Quadrature demodulators

Analog Devices introduced the ADRF6806 and ADRF6807 quadrature demodulators which cover a wide range of IF frequencies used in QAM/QPSK receivers as well as supporting common cellular standards such as W-CDMA/ CDMA2000/LTE, and also microwave point-to-point and point-to-multipoint radio architectures. The ADRF6806 operates in the 50 MHz to 525 MHz LO range, while the ADRF6807 operates in the 700 MHz to 1050 MHz LO range. They both use a high-performance mixer core that results in an exceptional input IP3 and input P1dB, with a very low output noise floor for excellent dynamic range.
