RFMD’s RF1602 is a single pole, double throw (SPDT) switch designed for switching applications requiring very low insertion loss and high power handling capability coupled with minimal DC power consumption. The linearity performance achieved by the device makes it well suited for use in SV-LTE, WCDMA and CDMA applications.
The RF1602 offers very high isolation between RF ports, providing greater separation between transmit and receive paths. It is suitable for operation from low frequencies all the way up to 3,5 GHz and features typical insertion loss of 0,3 dB and isolation of 42 dB at 1 GHz. Typical linearity is (IIP2) is 129 dBm. The device is housed in a 2 x 2 x 0,55 mm, 12-Pin QFN package.
