Tiny op-amps

STMicroelectronics has introduced two new families of low-power operational amplifiers (op-amps) with enhanced accuracy and reduced package size. The TSV85x and LMV82x devices come with a shutdown pin option that reduces the device current consumption to zero and the A-grade devices in both families boast very low input offset voltages. The ICs can operate at 200 mV below zero in common mode and they are capable of withstanding up to 6 V in absolute maximum rating, increasing the margin on a typical 5 V power supply. The devices come in single, dual and quad versions, and are available in 2 x 2 mm DFN8 packages.
