Operating with a single supply voltage as low as 1,6 V and a quiescent current as low as 7,5 μA, Microchip’s new MCP6V11 and MCP6V31 are well suited for portable applications in the consumer, industrial and medical markets. The self-correcting architecture of the op-amps provides a maximum input offset voltage of 8 μV, enabling maximum accuracy across time and temperature. The MCP6V11 offers 80 kHz of gain bandwidth product, with a typical quiescent current of only 7,5 μA; while the MCP6V31 provides 300 kHz of gain bandwidth product, coupled with a typical quiescent current of 23 μA. They are both available in 5-pin SOT-23 and 5-pin SC-70 packages.
