Metal cable markers

Many applications in harsh environments require labelling using metal markers. Weidmuller’s MetalliCard allows users to perform customised labelling on aluminium or stainless steel tags as well as the company’s standard MultiCard plastic markers. The labelling system uses the same PrintjetPro printer, software and ink.

The new metal markers come in various sizes and can be used for equipment or cable marking. Customers who already have the PrintjetPro printer from Weidmuller can immediately start colour printing on metal markers after installing the upgrade kit.

The metal cards are designed with mechanical specifications that meet or exceed harsh environmental conditions such as adverse temperatures, aggressive chemical environments and UV radiation from direct sunlight.
