MITEQ’s latest offering in its low-noise amplifier (LNA) lineup is the high-efficiency Model JS2-12001800-14-5P, available with a frequency range of 12 to 18 GHz. The fixed gain model offers a minimum of 20 dB gain with a maximum noise figure of 1,4 dB and a 1 dB compression power of +5 dBm.
This unit uses +8 V with 60 mA maximum current. It can also be supplied with an input limiter, DC block and temperature compensation. In addition, various connector types are also available. This model is also available as a RoHS compliant unit.
