The ESDAXLC6-1BT2 from STMicroelectronics is a bidirectional, single-line TVS diode designed to protect data lines or other I/O ports against ESD (electrostatic discharge) transients.
The device is ideal for applications where both reduced line capacitance and board space saving are required.
It can sustain multiple ESD strikes and exhibits very low diode capacitance of 0,4 pF as well as low leakage current. The part is housed in a thin SOD882 package (0402 size compatible) measuring 0,6 mm². It is RoHS compliant and complies with IEC 61000-4-2 level 4 (15 kV air discharge, 8 kV contact discharge.
