The railway signal modules from Osram OS are based on Power TOPLED with lens, a new member of the TOPLED family in surface mount technology. Combined with high brightness AllnGaP and InGaN chips high optical output power is guaranteed by Osram OS. The LEDs are combined with high-performance secondary optics based on a modular lens system that ensures very high in-axis light intensities.
Due to the modular lens system OSRAM OS says it is able to offer high performance, high flexibility and at the same time cost-effective LED modules. The mechanical parts as well as the electronic interface are designed according to customer requests.
