celduc relais offers solid-state contactors with wide 22,5 and 45 mm pitch. The company's celpac series has a large control range - 3 to 32 V d.c. with an input current less than 10 mA, irrespective of rated voltage and temperature range. AC control modes are also available. The SILD model has diagnostics: status of SSR and load, no external power supply, status indication.
These solid-state relays have low leakage current (<1 mA) and low zero cross voltage (<10 V) for zero cross SSR. Turn on time is less than 100 µs.
Voltage protection on input and output is 4 kV according to IEC 61000-4-4 and 5.
