With the Halo Compact from its Series 84, EAO is marketing a multi-functional illuminated switching element that makes it possible for as many as eight different status messages to be displayed. This is suitable for such applications as special vehicles, machinery control panels, information kiosks, access control systems and vending machines in public areas, as well as instruments for audio and video technology and many others.
The device features LED illumination in five different colours, with the top-of-the-line version also offering bi-colour illumination. All versions have eight SMD LEDs for halo illumination and a single LED (3 mm) for central illumination. Halo Compact has an integrated electronic switch for maintained action, and can handle up to one million cycles of operation.
