The 3030 board tester range is SPEA’s scalable in-circuit test platform that delivers short test time, high diagnostic accuracy and full test coverage for a wide range of electronic products.
Multi-core architecture provides up to 8 test cores, which means up to 8x greater productivity, compared to conventional test equipment. The system features inline automatic or manual loading, is configurable and upgradable in the field and reliable over years.
By executing a complete range of test techniques with its high-performance instrumentation and stimuli, 3030 can reliably find faults undetectable by a standard ICT tester. It is possible to integrate all kinds of instruments useful to satisfy test requirements, including power instrumentation (AC/DC generators, active loads, power matrix etc).
New OBP modules boost onboard programming capabilities, making it possible to simultaneously program up to 256 different devices. Common hardware and software across the whole 3030 testers range mean consistent test results, easy test program migration and compatible spare parts. Test program generation is quick and automatic with Leonardo OS which enables unskilled users to develop and debug a test program in a very short time.
