Multilayer high-frequency ceramic inductors

Vishay Intertechnology's ILC-0402, a new series of multilayer high-frequency ceramic inductors, can help designers reduce size and weight of wireless communications products.
These components offer high-reliability operation in signal shaping and RF filtering applications and the surface-mount 0402 package measures just 1 x 0,5 x 0,5 mm.
A wide range of inductance options from 1 to 47 nH adds to choices available to designers.
Available tolerances: ±0,3 nH for devices rated from 1 to 5,6 nH; ±5 or ±10% for devices rated at 6,8 nH and above. Typical Q values from 10 to 39 at specified frequencies from 100 to 1800 MHz. The maximum DC resistance (DCR) ranges from 0,12 to 1,30 W, depending on inductance, and the devices are rated for currents from 150 to 300 mA.
