The compact design of ERNI Electronics’ MiniBridge single-row cable connector systems in a 1,27 mm pitch is ideal for space-saving connections between PCBs and decentralised function units.
The system is used in various fields, for example the automobile industry, mechanical engineering, medical technology and also consumer electronics.
Various connection options can be realised thanks to the right angle or vertical male connectors and female connectors with 90° and 180° cable outlets. Both female and male connectors in SMT and IDC variants are available. The male connectors are available in tape and reel packaging for automatic assembly. The cable guide of the female connector simplifies flat cable connection or individual wires.
The plastic housing is temperature resistant, making the connectors suitable for lead-free reflow soldering. The numbers of pins available are 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 pins with a current rating of 8 A per contact. The temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
