360° turnable coaxial connector for automotive

Rosenberger has introduced a 360° turnable, right-angle coaxial connector. This very small, innovative 360° coaxial jack is custom-made for low-space automotive applications. The unique turnable connector features very small dimensions (minimum pitch 10 mm, housing including coaxial contact is 17 mm) and operable over a wide temperature range of -40 to +100°C.

The 360° right-angle jack - part of Rosenberger's SMB FAKRA series - is available in all 11 mechanical and colour FAKRA codings - from A to Z (FAKRA is the German components standardisation committee of the automotive industries). It is designed for three cable groups: RG 174, RG 58 and RTK 031 (diameter according to RG 174, attenuation according to RG 58).
