Erni has extended its D-Sub High Power Series with the addition of two male and one female filtered connectors. All three connectors are equipped with a 47 nF capacitor. Both male connectors are designed to be soldered to a PCB and the female connector termination can be soldered to 12 AWG wires. The female D-Sub filtered connector fits into the cable connector housing series KSG200, a sheet metal shielded cable housing that has superior EMI/RFI and ESD protection. (Data available)
Working voltage is to 400 V d.c.; test voltage, 1000 V d.c.; insulation resistance, 10 000 MOhm min @ 100 V d.c.; mating force is max 10 N per contact while unmating is min 1,6 N per contact; mechanical endurance is 500 mating cycles; MIL-C-24308 performance.
Insertion loss at 25°C: 30 dB @ 5 MHz; 37 dB @ 10 MHz; 50 dB @ 100 MHz; 45 dB @ 1000 MHz.
