Synergitix' Pico Pin is a high-performance spring contact probe specifically engineered for use in test sockets and other multicycle connector applications.
The unique design defies conventional spring probe technology, advancing overall length to 1,96 mm, with a compressed length of 1,60 mm. By reducing the size and length of the spring contact probe, the signal path becomes essentially transparent. Low contact resistance is achieved in a stroke of only 0,36 mm. A special 'crimpless' technology is used in the Pico Pin design. It has a long life of over 500 000 cycles.
