After 50 years of producing one of the most reliable, metal-bodied connectors in the world, Fischer Connectors has advanced to a rugged plastic miniature connector. Available with up to 19 gold-plated contacts in a sleek, impact-resistant 14,5mm diameter plastic housing - sealed to IP68 (fully submersible) - the patented SureGrip plug body can be securely gripped, even with wet hands or gloves.
This series features a push-pull positive locking mechanism and easy-to-use, self-aligning keyway. The 4032 offers attractive color-coding options for easy identification. Tested to 5000 mating cycles, the 4032 series offers quality and durability. Key features: 2-19 contacts; gold-plated contacts (> 1 µm); 60% lighter than equivalent metal models; Fischer-pioneered keying system; insulated construction; disposable versions available; colour keying.
