Panta-jumpers are highly flexible flat conductor connectors combining the properties of flat cables and connector pins. They can be used as soldered connection cables and/ or quick-connect connectors. These jumpers are resistant to vibration and bending, thus acting as vibration dampers. In addition the smooth and notchless transition from the flat to the round jumper pin ensures a breakproof connection point.
The high vibration and bending resistance is achieved mainly by the flattening of the round conductor. The insulation materials used ensure maximum reliability even at high temperatures. Low assembly costs are possible due to all conductors being simultaneously soldered, and optionally, one end can be prepared for a connector. No preparatory work such as wire stripping and cutting to length is required.
