Low ohm value shunts

OFEL has available solid resistors chiefly used for welding machines, power supplies and wherever it is necessary to pick up a voltage proportional to the current trend in the circuit in which they are inserted.

A basic feature of this resistive load is that they have very low resistance variation with varying temperature.

Temperatures: reference temperature 20°C; working temperature -25 +60°C; stock room temperature -40 +80°C. Precision is 0,5 class.

Humidity: room relative humity greater and equal to 95%.

Overload capacities: 1,2 continuous rated current; 10 rated current for 5 s up to 250 A; 5 rated current for 5 s from 251 to 2000 A; 2 rated current for 5 s from 2001 to 10 000 A.
