The rugged M12 form factor in Brad Harrison's Micro-Change connectors has helped to progress industry towards smaller and smaller machinery while increasing the overall production in the plant. These connectors are an ideal solution for any application requiring a higher pin density in an M12 connector body.
These connectors feature high performance, long-lasting gold-plating, and a moisture-resistant construction seal design that provides IP68 protection. An anti-vibration feature prevents the coupler from loosening, even under extreme vibration. The connectors are available in two- through eight-pole configurations, single and dual keyway designs with straight and 90° plugs, lighted and nonlighted.
The self-wire connectors are available with PVC-jacketed cable making them especially suited for the food industry, PUR cable for weld and low smoke, zero halogen applications and the oil industry, and with SJTO cable for good weld splatter resistance and high temperature applications. Included in the range are splitter boxes, male and female receptacles, mPm jumpers and single and twin I/O multiport jumper cables.
