Single rail-to-rail operational amplifier

The NCS7101 device has become an industry standard, according to manufacturers On Semiconductor. Low voltage operation down to 1,8 V with a typical unity gain bandwidth of 1 MHz makes this op-amp suitable for use in many systems.

Key features are:

* Low voltage, single supply operation (+1,8 V to +10 V).

* Rail-to-rail input voltage - includes both supply rails.

* Rail-to-rail output - within 50 mV of each rail at 1,8 V.

* Low supply current (ID @ 1,8 V = 1,0 mA typ.)

* Typical unity GBW = 1,0 MHz @ 10 V.

* Two different pin configurations in space-saving SOT23-5.

Portable battery powered devices, low voltage active filters, PCMCIA cards and ASIC/DSP input drivers are typical applications.
