The AD8591/AD8592/AD8594 are single, dual, and quad CMOS op-amps from Analog Devices that have an extremely low power consumption in shutdown mode.
Despite their small footprint, AD859x amplifiers feature high output currents, and can easily drive AC into loads over 10 nF. Operating from a single supply of 2,5 to 6 V, the parts are stable with almost any capacitive load. The AD859x range is intended for use in personal computers, cellphones, portable radios, personal audio players, PCMCIA modems, and other high-volume applications. They make versatile general-purpose amplifiers/buffers for portable equipment and can also be configured for sample/hold and analog multiplexing functions.
Key features: 2,5 to 6 V single-supply operation; worst-case power dissipation of 5 µW in powerdown mode at 5 V; output current up to 250 mA; outputs automatically driven to high impedance when shutdown is active; wide 3 MHz bandwidth; high slew rate of 5 V/µs.
Packages offered are 6-lead SOT-23, 10-lead µSOIC, and 14-lead TSSOP/SOIC.
