Low profile trimmer with high resolution

Offering design engineers a way to incorporate a high precision, multiturn trimmer into SMT applications, component manufacturer BI Technologies recently developed a 15-turn trimming potentiometer in a surface mount package. The Model 45 Series high-resolution trimmers feature a rugged 4 mm square design, capable of withstanding aggressive board cleaning processes. They are ideal for a large range of applications including medical equipment, photoelectric controls, industrial coin changers and power supplies.

These trimmers offer resistance values from 10 Ohm to 2MOhm and are available in top and side adjust versions, J-hook or gull wing termination styles.
