Amphenol has added another product family to its data telecom product line - the RJSV series connector.

The RJSV connector is unique in that it is stacked (2 x 5), a vertical mount, and has been designed with special press fit contacts. The SMT design allows for easy installation in that it eliminates the need for soldering. This feature alone has the benefit of being capable of reducing assembly costs. The RJSV is also rated for Cat 5 Ethernet performance.

The RJSV series is suited for LAN applications where multiple ports and a vertical mount connector is required.
