4 bit high performance micro controller solution

pson Europe Electronics is offering a new addition to its 4 bit family of microcontrollers. The E0C63500 series offers low power consumption solution for telecommunication applications.

p E0C3557 - has a dot matrix LCD driver and a built-in telephone function which includes DTMF, DP (dialling pulse), pause, flash, line-hold, mute control, hook switch control and hands-free facility. Operating with 2,2 to 5,5 V power supply and a current consumption of 1,5 µA.

p E0C63558 - offers in addition to the telephone features of the E0C63557 built-in FSK (frequency shift keying) demodulator which interfaces to various call delivery services.

o E0C5250 - (CAS+FSK IC) (calling-number-identification-receiver-IC) is a CMOS integrated circuit which provides an interface to various call information delivery services such as Call Number Delivery. This device contains power-down circuit, ring-detect circuit, synchronous receive data and clock output and offers a 4-line serial host interface for easier system implementation.

These dedicated telephone devices (in QFP15-128 package) are designed for computer interface products, fax machines, feature phones, telephone answering machines and call number delivery services.
