Specially designed for reliable and economical board-to-board and board-to-wire applications, type-Q vertical male SMC pressfit connectors are available in 12, 26 and 50 ways. Soon to be added are 68 and 80 way versions to extend the SMC 1,27 mm connector range.
SMC connectors fit exactly between two slots of a backplane. Female 68 and 80 way IDC connectors and the associated ribbon cable complement this addition to the range. It is also available in made up harnesses to suit customers requirements.
