Evaluation board for Mips-based processors

PMC-Sierra has released the Ocelot-C CompactPCI evaluation board for the RM7000C and RM7065C Mips-based 64-bit processors. Featuring the Discovery II system controller from Marvell, the company claims the Ocelot-C delivers increased performance, flexibility and low power consumption. The evaluation board occupies a single slot in a standard CompactPCI chassis and is hot swappable.
PMC-Sierra's RM7000C and RM7065C Mips-based processors, which sample at clock speeds up to 600 MHz, are supported by Marvell's Discovery II MV64340 system controller on the evaluation board. The board supports SysAD bus speeds of 133 MHz (LVTTL) and 166 MHz (HSTL) for maximum processor-to-peripheral communications bandwidth.
